The Chatroom software works best when viewed from Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on both PC and Mac. If you are on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc.), then use Safari. If you are using an Android device, use Firefox. Please also ensure you do not have any browser extensions installed that could block our Chatroom.
